CARSON D. SCHNEIDER
Carson is a litigator with significant appellate experience. His practice includes business litigation, government investigations, shareholder disputes, election law, and appeals. When faced with a new client or piece of litigation, Carson sees the big picture and focuses on what matters—for his clients and their success. He joined Bell, Davis & Pitt in 2022.

He has also authored multiple briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Away from the office, Carson is an avid reader and aspiring cook. He enjoys baking bread and going on runs with his fiancé, Katie. Having completed a marathon and several half-marathons, you may see him running through one of the parks in Winston-Salem on the weekends.
