Bell, Davis & Pitt P.A. is pleased to announce the hiring of Jones P. Byrd and Ashley V. DiMuzio, criminal defense lawyers. Byrd and DiMuzio’s joining adds to the already impressive lineup of experienced lawyers and legal professionals.
With Jones Byrd and Ashley DiMuzio's extensive experience in criminal law, Bell, Davis & Pitt P.A. is now better equipped to serve the needs of its clients facing criminal charges. Bryd and DiMuzio bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm, having successfully represented clients in a variety of criminal cases, including Driving While Impaired, Drug Offenses, Firearms Cases, and Violent Crimes; as well as in other related cases, including Title IX defense, Juvenile Criminal Defense, Government Investigations, and License Restoration.

Jones Byrd earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University and is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association. He has served as president of the Forsyth County Bar and has also chaired that bar’s Ethics and Grievance Committee.
Ashley DiMuzio earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and is a member of the NC Bar Association. She is also an active member of several legal organizations and has been recognized for his work in the legal community. DiMuzio is an adjunct professor at Wake and coaches the university’s competitive National Trial Team.
