Andrew M. Shortt
Andrew Shortt is a litigator with significant experience in a variety of matters. His practice includes litigation, employment law, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death.
Andrew attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as a team captain for the National Trial Team and Counselor for Respondent on the Honor Council. He graduated with the Robert Goldberg Award for Trial Advocacy and was also inducted as an Honorary Member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society for those gifted in trial advocacy.
After law school, Andrew began his legal career with Robinson & Lawing, where his practice focused on workers’ compensation and employment law matters. He joined Bell, Davis & Pitt in 2023.
While away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, traveling, and cooking.
